Backrest

The Australis padded back-rest makes your paddling experience more enjoyable by making it more comfortable.

The padding under the seat gives a little bit of cushioning when paddling for extended periods of time, whilst the high backrest cradles and supports the lower to mid back.

The clips attach securely to the back-rest bars moulded into the sit-on kayak.

All straps have re-inforced stitching and there are structural poles to assist that backrest to maintain shape.

Trolley

This Australis stainless steel sit-on-top kayak trolley makes it easy to transport your sit-on-top kayak around.

No need to carry your kayak, simply roll onto its side, insert the uprights through the scupper holes, roll the kayak back the right-way-up and pull along from the front toggle handle.

The upright-poles extend all the way through the scupper holes, so there is no chance of causing a puncture that lets water into your sit-on-top, and because the upright poles will slide along the axle, this trolley can be adjusted to fit almost any sit-on-top kayak.

The material used is stainless steel, and is suitable for most sit-on-top kayaks with side-by-side scupper holes in the seat.

As with all stainless steel products, this trolley is resistant to rust development and not rust-proff. You will prolong the life of your trolley with a good rinse after use.

Extension Poles

Couple an Australis sit-on-top trolley (see above) with a pair of extension poles, and it is possible to put two Australis stacking sit-ons onto one trolley.

Paddle Rope

A paddle rope allows you to keep your paddle attached to your kayak.

Our paddle rope has a double velco grip to securely fit around the shaft of your paddle, and attaches to your craft via a loop where the rope is fed back through.

Peace of mind for the recreational paddler, the paddle rope is an essential piece of equipment when fishing so that you can grab your rod as soon as you get a bite, without having to worry about your paddle floating out of reach.

Cargo Strap (After-market)

The Australis Cargo strap helps secure a load in the back storage area of an Ocky or Foxx.

This stretchy strap will hold a dry bag in place (always a good idea to clip to dry bag around the bungy), and is used to hold the Australis Utility Box in place.

Utility Box

The Utility Box by Australis is available as an optional accessory for the Ocky or the Foxx.

Complete with a carry handle and a 20cm access hatch, this box is held securely in place with the Cargo Strap (pictured above). Simply undo one of the clips holding the cargo strap tight and the utility box comes straight out.

Easy to fill with ice to keep your drinks and snacks cool and fresh.

Available in a range of colours from natural (white) to colour coded to match your kayak.

Rod Box (Utility Box for Fishing)

The Utility Box by Australis can be upgraded to make your Ocky or Foxx into a fishing model.

Complete with 2 fixed angle rod holders, a carry handle and a 20cm access hatch, this box is held securely in place with the Cargo Strap (pictured above). Simply undo one of the clips holding the cargo strap tight and the utility box comes straight out.

Use it as a bait tank or to keep your catch, or your Utility Box can also be used to store drinks and snacks for a whole day's fishing.

Pod

The pod is an optional upgrade for the Ocky, Foxx, Lynxx or Pelagic sit-on-top kayaks.

A one-and-a-half litre storage pod to hold your valuables, that is fitted between the legs of the paddler.

Complete with a 20cm push-on hatch that unlike screw hatches, can not get cross-threaded or hard to close if sand gets into the rim.

Only available in natural (white) with a black lid.

Scupper Plugs

A set of Australis scupper plugs can be used to stop water coming up through the holes in the seat and the feet to keep you drier when paddling on flat water.

A great accessory to extend your paddling season as they allow you to paddle in winter when the water is colder, and keep a dry seat.

Remember, you will need to remove the plugs when playing in the surf, so any water that comes into the seat area is able to drain away quickly.

Available to suit all Australis sit-on-tops with scupper holes. You will need to let us know which Australis sit-on kayak you have, so that we can supply you with the correct number and size of plugs required to give you a dry ride.
